AN OPPORTUNITY TO WOW!

WOW Windowboxes was started in 2007 by Sue Schneider with one idea in mind— to plant windowboxes that are just fabulous! Sue began planting windowboxes for friends and neighbors, earning a reputation for her stunning arrangements and ability to “WOW” a neighborhood. People would walk by and literally say, “WOW!”. Along her journey she realized there was an opportunity to combine services; irrigation, container production/installation, and year-round seasonal planting. With the help of her son, Bret, WOW Windowboxes was born at her kitchen table! Bret and Sue worked together to develop a business plan that offered full service, maintenance-free windowboxes and planters to residential and commercial properties. In 2009, Bret joined the company full-time to help Sue grow the business. Since then, Sue has retired her gardening gloves, while Bret continues to carry on her vision of “WOWing” Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
