Our Perfect Fit Guarantee
You don’t need their measurements, and they don’t need to decide anything today. Our window box sizes cover the widths we build most, and our planter is the size our customers choose most.
When they redeem their gift, we measure their home and build to suit. If their window or entry calls for a different size, or they’d love a matching pair, the full value of your gift goes toward it.
The WOW Gifting Process
Something to unwrap
Every gift arrives as a keepsake certificate in a linen envelope, sealed with wax and tied with ribbon, naming your gift and its lucky recipient.

FAQs
What cities and neighborhoods do you serve?
Gifts are installed within the WOW Windowboxes Des Moines service area: the Des Moines metro and surrounding areas. We currently serve from Huxley to Sun Valley and from Lake Panorama to Altoona. Not sure their home is covered? Contact us and let’s discuss.
When can they redeem it?
We’re ready as soon as the recipient is. If you’re gifting yourself and want your container installed for the winter season, give us a call. We anticipate most of these gifts will be redeemed before our spring and summer seasons. You or the recipient can schedule a consultation and planning session any time after receiving the gift.
What if their home needs a different size?
Our Perfect Fit Guarantee covers it. We measure at the visit and build to suit, and the full value of your gift goes toward the size or quantity they choose. Any added cost is quoted before we build.
What does first-floor drip irrigation include?
A drip system runs from an outdoor faucet to any container on the first floor, whether it’s one we build and install or one they already own. Generally, if a ladder is involved, there will likely be a small upcharge, discussed and quoted on-site before any work is started.
How does the gift card bonus work?
Gift cards of $750 or more include one free first-floor drip irrigation system, in addition to the full card value. One bonus per card.
